  2. Next Day Delivery for UK: For all locations outside of Birmingham, we offer next-day delivery. Orders placed before 5pm on weekdays and 2pm on Saturdays will be eligible for next-day delivery. Orders placed after these times will be delivered the day after the next.

  3. Delivery Fees: Delivery fees may apply to orders, and these fees will vary based on the delivery location and service level selected.

  4. Delivery Schedule: We make every effort to deliver orders on time. However, we cannot guarantee specific delivery times, as delivery times may be affected by factors beyond our control, such as weather conditions or traffic. We will make every effort to notify you of any significant delays or issues that may arise.

  5. Delivery Address: Please ensure that you provide us with accurate delivery address information, including any specific instructions for delivery. We are not responsible for incorrect or incomplete delivery addresses provided by customers.
